Henrietta Hill and Gully Riders Snowmobile Club
Community Service
Currently our major community service activity is year-round operation of part of the multi-use Genesee Valley Greenway trail (part of NYS Snowmobile Corridor Trail 3) in partnership with the Friends of the Genesee Valley Greenway (FOGVG), state government, neighboring snowmobile clubs, neighbors of the trail, and other organizations and individuals.
The club has officially adopted a section of approximately seven miles from Route 251 in Scottsville to Route 20 in Avon. Working in cooperation with other section adopters, we provide mowing, brushing, snow grooming, use study assistance, and some other maintenance services between Ballantyne Road (Route 252) in Chili and Route 20. And we cooperate with neighboring clubs on special situations anywhere on the snowmobile portion of the Greenway trail.
